Sorgham is healthy millet. We have eaten aate ka halwa, once try this halwa it's a North Karnataka special halwa made with using banana and dry fruits and little jaggery.
Steps

In a kadai heat 1tbs ghee and roast flour till light brown or till you get nice aroma.

Take it out in a bowl

In same kadai take remaining ghee fry dry fruits and add milk.

Let the milk boil

Add mashed banana
- 6
And add flour mix well. Add grated or powdered jaggery.

Be care full lumps should not form.

Add cardamom powder and stir continuously till your pan leaves bottom.
