Ingredients

  • 3 cupBrown rice - cooked
  • 1 packagesOnion soup mix
  • 1 canEvaporated milk
  • 1Butter
  • 1Chicken legs & breasts

Steps

  1. 1

    Line pan with aluminum foil

  2. 2

    Line pan with rice & 1/2 package of onion soup

  3. 3

    Place chicken on rice

  4. 4

    Smear milk on chicken

  5. 5

    Sprinkle rest of soup on chicken

  6. 6

    Cover tight with Aluminum foil

  7. 7

    Bake on 350°F for 1.25-1.5 hours
