  • 2 piecegreen onions diced
  • tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 clovegarlic minced

    Oil the pan and add garlic.

    Add green onions, ham , and mushrooms. Sauté a couple of minutes till the ham gets some burnt ends. About 8 to 10
