5 smallmushrooms diced
2 piecegreen onions diced
tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Add green onions, ham , and mushrooms. Sauté a couple of minutes till the ham gets some burnt ends. About 8 to 10

Add spinach. Saute till wilted to your liking. About 5 minutes
