Preheat oven to 350°

Choose skillet with an oven proof handle, such as Cast Iron.

Sprinkle Pork Chops with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder.

On stove top over medium high heat, brown Pork Chops and Onion in Butter.

Add Garlic Cloves after the first side is browned. Do not allow garlic to become dark.

After both sides have browned, pour off any excess butter.

Combine Soup, Evaporated Milk, and Water. Pour mixture around the Chops.

Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 45 mins. Stir occasionally.

Sliced Mushrooms may be added to the gravy, and Cream of Chicken Soup can be used in place of the Mushroom Soup, depending on taste preferences.
