Ingredients

  • 1 packagesBrown onion soup mix
  • 440 canUnsweetened pineapple pieces
  • 1Red Capsicum - diced
  • 2tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspBrown vinegar
  • 8Frankfurt (or Chritizo, Knack wurst or Kranksies)
  • 1 cupCooked rice perperson

  1. 1

    Drain pineapple - keep juice

  2. 2

    Fry Capsicum, Tomatoes & Pineapple pieces in batter

  3. 3

    Prepare Brown onion soup mix

  4. 4

    Combine juice with equal amount of boiling water, add to tomato mix , add vinegar then Frankfurt.

  5. 5

    Heat through and serve over rice
