Ingredients

  1. 1 cupChicken julien cut
  2. 2Green bell peppers julien cut(or any color)
  3. 2Carrots julien cut
  4. 1 packetchowmien (noddles) small size
  5. 3 tspsoy sauce
  6. 3 tbsptomato ketchup
  7. salt/chinese salt
  8. 2 tspmayonnaise (optional)
  9. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  10. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  11. 1/2 tspground black pepper crushed

Cooking Instructions

    First boil water in a wok add 1/2 tea spoon salt and 1 tea spoon oil add noodles and simmer for15 to 20 minutes or till its done

    Now drain it pass through in a running water and keeps aside.

    Marinate chicken for 10 minutes. With 1 tea spoon soya sauce,salt and black pepper.

    Now take oil in a pan.add ginger garlic paste stir for 30 seconds then add marinated chicken cook for 15 min don't cook too much.

    Now add soya sauce,salt, Ketchup and mayonnaise,mix well now add vegetables cover pan n cook for 5 min then add noodles mix well and serve with fries.
