Finely chop onions, bell pepper and tomatoes. finely mince garlic

drain capers

heat a large skillet with olive oil on medium heat, add onions and bell pepper. cook 10-15 mins

add tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin and coriander

turn heat up to medium high, add beef, pork, vinegar, capers and tomato puree

reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Once cooked, serve in a bowl with sour cream and cilantro. or roll in lettuce leaves.
