
Golden Cornbread
Very simple. The muffins are also fun.
Steps

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Spray a cake pan with a nonstick spray.

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, cornmeal mix, flour, & sugar until smooth. (Batter should be creamy & pourable. If the batter is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.) Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

NOTE: To make muffins, fill a muffin pan cups 2/3 full. Bake at 450°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
