  • 16 ozVelveeta Cheese
  • 15 ozHormel Chili; no beans & not chunky
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 4 tspChili Powder
  • 2 tbspPaprika
  • 1 tbspLime Juice
  • 1/2 tspCayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tspCumin

  1. 1

    Cut the velveeta cheese into cubes. Combine the cheese with the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Stir frequently until the cheese melts, then reduce the heat & simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve with bread, chips, crackers, etc.
