Cut up potatoes, bell peppers, onion, and kabasa.

Place the chopped ingredients into a large pan, add seasonings, red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Cook on medium heat, cover with lid and stir occasionally, for about 15 minutes.

Let cool and serve.
