3mashed bananas
1/3 cupapplesauce
2 cupoats
1/4 cupalmond milk
1 tspvanilla
1/2 cupraisins
1/4 cupchocolate chips
1 tbsppeanut butter
1 tspcinnamon
1scoop whey protein powder
