Cooking Instructions

Season your chicken lighty with salt and pepper and place in a large pot and fill it with enough water only to cover the top of the chicken

Add sliced celery, carrots, onions, parsley, salt and pepper to the pot with the chicken and heat to a boil
- 3
After everything starts to boil stir the pot and reduce heat to low and let cook for 1 hour

Remove vegetables and cut chicken into small bite size pieces
- 5
For the Dumplings combine flour, eggs, baking soda and salt and mix together well
