Ingredients

20-25 Minutes
4-6 servings
  1. Chicken:
  2. 14 ozcooked chicken, cut into large pieces (Can add more to) (a hurry)
  3. 8 tbspbutter
  4. 1/3 cupflour
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/8 tsppepper
  7. 3 cupschicken broth
  8. 10.5 ozCream of Chicken soup (1 normal can)
  9. Dumplings:
  10. 2 cupsflour
  11. 3 tspbaking powder
  12. 1/2 tspsalt
  13. 1 tsppoultry seasoning
  14. 1 tspcelery seed
  15. 1/4 cupoil (Preferably olive)
  16. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

20-25 Minutes
  1. 1

    Chicken: Blend butter, flour, salt and pepper in saucepan.

    Add chicken broth and cook on low/medium until thick.

  3. 3

    Stir in cream of chicken soup and add cooked chicken.

  4. 4

    Put in a 9×13 pan.

  5. 5

    Dumplings: Mix all ingredients together and stir until moistened.

  6. 6

    Drop rounded spoonfuls onto chicken and gravy.

  7. 7

    Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes.
