Spicy chicken meatballs

In a food processor, add all fresh herbs including fresh celery, onion, capsicum and ginger.

Blend all ingredients together until they appear chopped.

Add the chicken mince, egg and your spices

Blend for 40 seconds until well combined.

Line a baking paper on an oven prof tray. Set the oven at 160 degrees.

Once hands are washed, gently mould the mince mixture into medium snaps and place them on the prepared tray.

Place in the oven and cook until golden brown.

We've got with tomatoe sauce or as a side dish.
