Ingredients

  • 400 gramsBoiled Potatos Bite size diced
  • 50 gramsYellow Capsicum 1inch Square
  • 50 gramsRed Capsicum 1inch Square
  • 50 gramsOnion 1 inch square
  • 1 tspMinced Garlic
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 pinchGround Pepper
  • 2 tspRed Chilly Paste
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 5Chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 mediumLemon
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Deep fry the potatoes for 2 mins in medium heat. And drain in a strainer.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic. Add Capsicum and Onion and cook for 1 minute turning it properly.

  3. 3

    Now, add potato, salt, pepper and chilly sauce and cook for some time properly. Sprinkle coriander and serve hot.
