
Spicy Stewed Potatoes & Spinach w/ Buttermilk

place peeled potatoes in a bowl with cold water.

pour 1 cup boiling water over chilies and set aside

After 15 minutes chop chilies and save water
- 4
place cilantro, garlic, salt and chilies and smash togeather.

heat oil in large skillet. add spice paste. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. add potatoes and turmeric. pour in chili water. bring to boil. simmer 15 minutes.

whisk cream and buttermilk.

pile spinach over potatoes. Cook until leaves wilt.

remove from heat and stir in buttermilk
