Ingredients

10 servings
  • 16 ozDesired Pasta (I use Penne)
  • 20 ozCream of Chicken Soup (2 10 oz cans)
  • 8 sliceBacon
  • 4 mediumChicken Breasts cut into bite sized pieces
  • 3 tspGarlic Powder
  • 2 tspDried Thyme
  • 2 cupShredded Monterey Jack Cheese

    Preheat oven to 400° F and grease a 9x13 baking pan

  2. 2

    Boil your desired noodles until al dente

  3. 3

    Chop bacon into crumbles and fry until crisp

  4. 4

    DO NOT DRAIN BACON GREASE. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces and fry until fully cooked in bacon grease, adding the thyme and garlic powder.

  5. 5

    Drain your noodles and place into baking dish

  6. 6

    Add soup and 1 cup of the cheese into the noodles and stir until combined.

  7. 7

    Add cooked chicken and half the bacon to the noodle mixture.

  8. 8

    Once all combined, place remaining bacon and cheese on top of the casserole.

  9. 9

    Bake casserole for 10 minutes, or until it reaches your desired color and crispness.
