Steps

Preheat oven to 170°C/338°F.

Cut the aubergines in halves, and scoop out the inside without damaging the skin.

Cut the flesh into cubes. Mix with tomato puree and crushed feta. Add spices.

Fill the aubergines with the stuffing, place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 1h.
