Ingredients

  • 3 tbspSunflower Oil
  • 1 largeonion
  • 1Green Capsicum
  • 8 eachChicken Legs or Thighs
  • 400 gramsTined Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  • 1 pinchPepper
  • 300 mlHot Chicken Stock
  • 1 tbspCornflour
  • 450 gramsBroad Beans
  • 200 gramsSweetcorn
  • 1Salt to taste
  • 1Serve with Crusty Bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ingredients in pan and transfer to slow cooker. Add tomatoes season with pepper and salt. Stir in Worcestershire sauce into hot stock into slow cooker

  2. 2

    Mix Cornflour to a paste with water and stir into the stew, add the sweetcorn and beans and cook for a further 30 mins

  3. 3

    Cook in slow cooker 6 1/2 hrs
