Steps

Wash kale and remove from stem, then chop up into bite sized pieces

Dice red onion

Toss kale, onion, and raisins together in large bowl

Zest the lemon, and squeeze the juice into a bowl

Mix lemon juice with yogurt and mayo, and add zest

Pour dressing over kale mix and toss until evenly coated

Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight
