Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupLeite
  2. 1 packagesGelatina sem sabor (ou 3/4)
  3. 600 gramsCreme de leite
  4. 1 cupAcucar
  5. 1Biscoito maisena, Maria ou champanhe
  6. 1Geléia para cobrir (mirtilo fica ótima)
  7. 400 gramsCreamcheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Esquentar o leite em uma panela, acrescentar a gelatina (já misturada em 1/2 copo de leite).

  2. 2

    Em seguida, coloque o açúcar, o creme de leite e o creamcheese. Mexer até dissolver e então, até que ferva.

  3. 3

    Colocar em uma forma coberta com os biscoitos e levar à geladeira por 4h. Acrescente a geleia.
