Sab se pehle ek pan m oil dalenge or medium flame par garam krkr hing,jeera, dhania powder dalkar acche se mix krkr usme kti mirch or adrak ko fry krenge,uske baad haldi powder dalkar usme salt or peas dal kar halke hath se fry krenge,ab boiled potatoes ko mix krenge hlke se or jab sare masale acche se mil jaye or lage ki sbji fry ho gi hai tb usme aamchoor powder or garam masala dalkar mix well & transfer in the bowl, ab dhania patta se garnish kar ke garma garam serve karein
