Ingredients

  • 3 lbPotatoes
  • 5 sliceCooked bacon diced
  • 1 1/2 cupBeef broth
  • 3 tbspWhite vinegar
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • 1 smallOnion finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook potatoes whole till tender, drain and set aside, cool and peel.

  2. 2

    Sautéed bacon.

  3. 3

    Pour broth over potatoes; add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, bacon, and onions gently mix. Do not over mix!

    Served chilled.
