Marinate the fish with the above spice leave for one hr

Wash n blend the tomato onion,coriander with lil water.take the mango remove the skin on one side n cut into lil cubes set aside

Prepare your coconut u can't grate or kuna as the say traditionally.Make two part liquid first the first should be half a cup this is thick,n the second 1 1/2 cup.

Fry your fish by either shallow or deep frying.Set aside

Take the second part of coconut milk (1 1/2 c coconut milk) add the blended tomato puree,add the garlic & ginger paste,salt n tomato paste & add a few cubes of the unripe mango bring to boil until it forms a thick consistency.

Add the first part of the coconut milk n let it boil for like 5 mins.add your choice of seasoning I used I block knorr beef cube.

Serve on a plate of rice or ugali just as shown. ENJOY !!!!!
