Make almond milk or buy

Add almond milk, whipping cream & extract to a pan and bring almost to the boil

Put yolks and sweetner in a jug and whisk until slightly creamy
- 4
Pour some of milk and cream mixture into egg mixture stirring then pour back into pan and on low to medium heat keep stirring until it coats the back if a spoon

Put strawberries in a blender and blend

Pour milk cream mix into big mixing bowl and stir in strawberry mix

Leave to cool then cover with foil and pop in fridge, preferably overnight

When ready stir mixture and put icecream machine on paddles turning pour mixture in and let run. Mine took 45 minutes

Serve or put in container and freeze.
