Grate carrot

Heat a pan and add ghee

Add grated carrot and cook it covered for 5-7 mins till the carrot becomes soft and changes colour

Niw add milk and cook it covered for another 5 mins till the milk absorbs

Add condense milk and cardamom powder mix well
- 6
Cook for another 2 mins and add sugar...carrot has it's sweetness and u have added condense milk so be careful mixing sugar
