Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupSemolina
  2. 1/2 cupCocco powder
  3. Sugar 3/4 th cup
  4. 2 cupsMilk
  5. 1 tablespoonGhee
  6. Chcocolate shavings for garnishing

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan and sauté semolina till golden in colour

  2. 2

    Dissolve cocco powder in milk and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add cocco powder dissolved milk to sautéed semolina, mix well and cook covered for some time

  4. 4

    Open the lid and add sugar,mix well and cook uncovered

  5. 5

    Mix well till sugar dissolved completely

  6. 6

    Now give heart shape to ready halwa (by using cookie cutter) garnish with chocolate shavings and surprise your valentine
