  • 1 big bowlBlack grapes
  • 1 bowlMalai or cream
  • 4-5 spoonSugar ya hunny
  • Some chopped dryfruits(kaju, badam, pista)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahale grapes ko achhe se wash karein.

  2. 2

    Kuch grapes garnish ke liye alg rkkhe.

  3. 3

    Baki sab grapes mixer jar mein daale usme sugar or mlayi daal kar paste bana le.

  4. 4

    Ab es paste mein kuch chopped grapes milaye.

  5. 5

    Ab es batter ko ache se mix karke air tight box mein daal kar 5-6hour ke liye frize mein set karein.

  6. 6

    Jab ice cream set ho jaye tab chopped grapes or dryfruits se garnish kar delicious ice cream serve karein.
