A crispy coated fish fry that is so flavoursome. It is best served with rice and dal. The spices added gives it a super red colour and looks gorgeous. Simple yet aromatic due to the jowar flour added that gives it a unique crunch. Fish masala added to the dry flour mix gives it a totally different flavour and a heavenly aroma of it can be sniffed while frying the fish.
