Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgtilapia or any kind of fish
  2. 6 clovegarlic, peeled
  3. 1 cupvinegar
  4. 1/3 cupwater
  5. 1 tbspsoysauce
  6. 1 tbspsalt
  7. 1 tspcooking oil
  8. 1 tspchicken powder
  9. 1 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the fish well, arrange in a shallow pan. Add all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Let it boil ,then lower heat simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    In a serving plate, arrange fish then pour the sauce on top.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice or vegetables salad, if u desired.
