Boiled fish, boiled potato onion, garlic, ginger and chilli pastes are mixed with a bit of salt

Make balls from it and fry till golden-brown

For the gravy - oil is poured in the pan and all the spices and a little water is added

When the gravy is thick enough put the fish balls

Garnish with fresh cream, raisins and cashew
