Ingredients

  1. 3-4large potatoes
  2. 1 tbspsalt
  3. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel potatoes and cut into fries.

    Soak fries in cold water for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Fries wash in 3 changes of water or wash out the starch.

  4. 4

    Take a pan and boiled water then add 1 tbsp salt and fries.

    Boiled the fries.after 2 minutes remove the fries and dry with paper napkins.

    In hot oil fry fries for 2-3 minutes and remove in paper napkins.

  7. 7

    Let it cool for 10 minutes.

  8. 8

    After 10 minutes fry them fries for second time.

  9. 9

    Fries fry until light golden brown then remove and serve with tomato ketchup.
