Heat frying pan with some oil and sear the roast on all sides, then transfer the meat to crock pot add 16 oz Italian dressing and your choice of the the peppers only not the juice and cook for 5 hours on low heat.

When the meat is done you can sherd the meat and serve on french bread with french fries, you can top your sandwich with mayonise, tommatos and lettece. optional
