Tomato ko steam ki side se cut ke pc ko rakh le.

Scooper se scoop ke le pulp ko waist na karein tomato puree main dal le.

Paneer ko crumbled ke salt, green chilli,red chilli and roasted jeera mix ke tomato main stuffing fill ke tomato steam se seal ke tooth pick se seal ke le.

Pan main 1tsp oil dal kar tomato ko cover ke saute kar le.

Wok main oil heat ke garlic saute ke onion add ke bhune phir all dry masala,tomato puree and ginger add ke bhune half cup of water add ke gravy bana le.

Stuffed tomato carefully add ke mix ke lightly mix ke otherwise stuffing nikal jayegi.

Garnish kasuri methi and green coriander.
