2 servings

1 bowlAll purpose flour (Maida)
to tasteSalt
Ajwain
Oil for moyan as well as for frying
Lukewarm water
Black pepper whole as per needed

Make a tight dough with Maida; salt; Azwain ; oil and Lukewarm water

Allow it to rest for 20min

Take a small portion of dough. Make chapati out of it. Cut with cutter ; adjust shape with hands also and add black pepper in the center.

Deep fry them till golden brown
