A starter to try
Steps
- 1
Mash the paneer and potatoes and mix well. Add the onions, green chillies, salt, garam masala and cornflour and mix well.
- 2
Make medium sized balls with the mix and flatten them using your hands. 8-10 pieces of tikka can be made with this.
- 3
Heat a pan and spread little amount of oil on it. When the oil is hot add the tikkas and let it cook on one side.
- 4
Let the tikkas cook on medium flame for 5-7 mins on one side. Turn the tikkas and let it cook for 5 more mins till they turn brownish.
- 5
Serve them hot with either green dhania chutney or sweet fruit chutney.
