Clean and devein the prawns.

Make a paste of the mustard, poppy seeds, chilli, vinegar and turmeric powder.

Vinegar prevents the mustard paste from turning bitter.

Transfer the paste in a microwave bowl add chopped coriander leaves and cover the lid on high for 4 minutes.

Take them out and add the prawns and mustard oil.

Again transfer the mixture into the oven for 6 minutes.

Now BHAPA CHINGRI is good to go.

Take it out and serve with only STEAMED RICE
