very simple, add and subtract as you like

chop onion and bell pepper as you like.

pour about a cup and a half to 2 cups of vegetable oil in a flat frying pan (medium high) turn down lower once chicken start cooking

season chicken breast with season salt, pepper, or anything else you like

lay chicken into vegetable oil. flip every three to four minutes until done

throw in chopped bellpeppers and onions. cook for about a minute or so while stiring them

then your done! plat it as you see fit! very easy and good... for those who like it simple.
