Heat the ghee In kadhai and roast cashew and almonds.

Remove cashew, almonds and roast samolina in that same ghee.

Add edable gum in that same kadhai and fry completely.

Take a heavy bottom sauce pan and add sugar and little amount of water and caramalise that sugar till turn to red brown.

Boil milk and then add edable gum and roasted samolina into it.

Add 1tbsp curd into milk and cook gently.
- 7
And atlast add caramalised sugar and cook it till correct consistancy.

Garnish it with roasted nuts.

Your delight kunda is ready to serve, serve it hot or chilled.
