    Dough ki loi bana kar roti bel le, usme grated gobhi, salt or black pepper spread karein, seal kar je fir se loi bana le, or roti bel de.

    Tave ko gram karein, oil lagayeinot roti ko dono trf se sek le.

    Gobhi pratha is ready to serve.
