Steps

Cut all the vegetables into small square size.

Cut the onion and capcicum into square size.

Parboil all the vegetables in the microwave.

Preheat your microwave on convection mode on medium high.

Meanwhile melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and capcicum.stir for 2 minutes...

Add flour.stir it

Remove from heat, add milk.Return to heat.

Cook.. again stir it for 2 minutes.Or until the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat.. season with salt and pepper.

Combine all the parboiled vegetables with the cream sauce.Add paneer cubes.

In a greased microwave safe bowl bake it for 5 minutes with grated cheese..And tomato capcicum rings.

Serve hot.
