First mix yeast in water and add milk,sugar and melt it down properly

Then mix refined flour,salt,gluten,bread improver,with egg and butter and start kneading

Put mix of sugar and yeast in the flour for kneading and knead it again and make a fine dough

Put the dough in the greased bowl and cover it with wet cloth and set it down in the prooveing chamber or place it warm place for fermentation for 15 to 20 min

After the first prooving process take the dough and place it on table and give very light kneading after that again place it on prooving chamber cover it wet cloth

After that the completion of prooving.roll the dough with the help of rolling pin and make a sheet of dough note that don't make very thin sheet.

Now take doughnut cutter and cut the pieces of doughnut and place it on tray

Now take a half liter oil in a pan for frying.and fry the doughnuts fry until it becomes light brown

Now take the chocolate and break down and put on bowl. Put bowl on a double boiler and melt the chocolate for garnishing the doughnuts

When your doughnuts is fry take the a doughnut one by one and dip top part properly in the chocolate. Do this with all doughnuts
