in mixing bowl, mix the vanilla and chocolate pudding together.

mix according to directions on box. I use the directions for the pie filling to make thicker.

in another mixing bowl, add cream cheese, 1 bowl of cool whip, and pudding mix together.

spread cream cheese mixture on top of brownie.

spread 2nd bowl of cool whip over cream cheese mixture.

drizzle chocolate syrup on cool whip.
