  • 1 canRotel
  • 1 canBlack Beans
  • 1 lbGround Beef
  • 3 cupColby & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 dozenFlour Torilla
  • 1Sour Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown Ground beef and drain

  2. 2

    Drain Rotel and Black beans... Add to drained ground beef... Season to taste.

  3. 3

    In medium round baking dish layer as follows.... Tortilla, Beef and Bean Mix, cheese.... Repeat until desired layers are reached. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.

  4. 4

    Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream as desired.

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
