Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg.ladyfinger
  • 2-3onions
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 2-3 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Kadai me oil garam kar hing,cumin seeds daal kar crackle karein,chopped onion daal kar saute karein.

  2. 2

    Sath hi sare masale daal kar bhun le.

  3. 3

    Bhun jane par cut ki huye bhindi daal kar,cover kar soft hone tak cook karein.

  4. 4

    Soft ho jane par garam masala daal kar 2 minute bhun le.
