Paneer Stir Fry

Paneer cooked in red tomato, veggies and in flavorful spices.
Steps

Heat oil in wok, add onion and saute till it get transparent.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute for minute on low flame.

Add tomatoes and green chilies mix it.

Add salt, red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder mix it add little water and saute well. Cook till oil starts floating on all over masala.

Add cherry tomatoes, capsicum, green peas. cover the lid and cook for 5minutes on low flame.

Add paneer pieces and mix it gently.

Add coriander leaves and mix it

Serve this to a plate with roti.
