In a pot take sugar and water and boil it, for 5min add half lemon juice to it

In another bowl mix all maida+corn flour +baking soda+curd and make a smooth bt not watery semi thick paste

In a frying flat pan take oil/ghee, put the battter into jalebi maker bottle /cone, when oil in medium heat put the battter in jalebi shape with the bottle and let it b golden brown from both sides,

Dip in sugar syrup and serve hot.
