Scatter the noodles in two large skillets.Pour 2 tablespoons of oil and one third cup of chicken broth in each pan.. Cook over low flame until autumn is brown and crisp. . Add oil and broth as necessary. This should take 10 to 12 minutes.

Flip the noodles to brown the other side

Heat the peanut oil. Add the pork and stir fry. Add the broth, soy sauce, sherry, oyster sauce, and cornstarch dissolved in 2 T of chicken broth.

Pour sauce over pan fried noodles
