Ingredients

  • 1Rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 smallOnion (optional)
  • 1 ozUncle Bens Wild Rice Instant Rice
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1/2 cupMayo
  • 1 canCream of chicken soup
  • 1Salt and pepper
  • 1 boxStovetop stuffing - chicken
  • 1 bagFrozen French Style Green Beans OR 2 cans French style green beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray

  2. 2

    Shred rotisserie chicken

  3. 3

    Cook rice in microwave

  4. 4

    Mix together soup, water, and mayo

  5. 5

    Chop onion

  6. 6

    Mix together all ingredients in glass baking dish.

  7. 7

    Prepare stove stop stuffing from box directions.

  8. 8

    Spread stuffing over chicken mixture and bake covered @350*F for 45 minutes. I remove foil after 30 minutes to crisp stuffing more.

  9. 9

    Serve and Enjoy!
