1/4 cupsugar
2 tbspcocoa
1 pinchof salt
1tiny pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cupwater
2 tbspcanola oil
1 smalldrop of vanilla extract

place flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and cinnamon in mug. stir with spoon to mix well and break up any clumps
2

add oil, water, and vanilla to cup and stir until mix is smooth

place in microwave for 1 min and 40 seconds.

let stand for 1 minute and serve
